West Hartford, CT

This colonial style residence in West Hartford center needed an attic level master suite overhaul.  It lacked proper fenestration, insulation, and functional and aesthetic qualities.  Our design incorporated a new shed dormer on the rear of the house, which provided increased spaciousness, natural light, ventilation, and views.  The bedroom floors were refinished with a rich brown stain and the space enhanced with new lighting and a curvilinear wood ceiling fan.  The design of the bathroom was fresh and clean with a contemporary herringbone floor tile pattern, classic white subway wall tile, and tubular style plumbing fixtures, accessories, hardware, and lighting.
