Beaumont Medical Office Building

John worked with Hobbs + Black on this new medical office building.  This was a satellite facility for Beaumont Hospital which is located in Royal Oak, Michigan (which also happens to be where John was born).  Similar to the Arbor Health Building, this building had a brick exterior and aluminum framed windows.  Brick is a very common building material in the Midwest, especially Michigan.  Interior finishes consisted of commercial carpet, painted drywall, and lay-in acoustic ceilings.
