Lawton Residence

This project included a comprehensive renovation of a rambling one story house located in a subdivision on top of a large hill.  The overall design was Asian inspired.  We designed a new covered entry form that reached out from the house to welcome guests.  We also designed a new kitchen with matte black cabinetry and stainless steel countertops and backsplash.  We specified low voltage cable lighting for the living room along with a new perimeter soffit, columns, and decorative wall separations.  We designed a new master bathroom with Zen-like features and special accommodations for the physical challenges of the client.  We also created a home entertainment room with motorized shades, acoustical treatments, and special audio/visual equipment.
