We revamped the interior and exterior of this well-known restaurant location along the shore. The budget was very tight and so we came up with some very inexpensive solutions to provide the client with the ‘biggest bang for his buck.’ We upgraded and updated all of the interior finishes and light fixtures to create two different dining areas and a bar. Even though we were improving the overall look, it was important to keep the spaces ‘homey’ and warm and the aesthetics simple and unadulterated. On the exterior, it was important to make it clear that there was a change in ownership and that the overall quality was higher than before. We did this simply by painting the unfinished brick an attractive, aquatic teal color and the metal false roof and window frames black to set off the brick.
