John worked with a New Haven firm to comprehensively document the dimensions and condition of Eero Saarinen’s early 60’s uniquely designed residential college on Yale’s campus.  Consisting of virtually no right angles and constructed of light brown stone and glass in monolithic fashion, it was and still is a striking assemblage of tower like forms.  Weaving between the towers are stone and wood terraces, walkways, and patches of lawn with a few trees sprinkled in.  It was a unique opportunity to get down close and personal with such an original work or architecture by such a celebrated architect.
